Order Processing Time At SimplAlwaysAwake.com, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. Purchases of online retreats are processed immediately. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see a confirmation within an hour of purchase. Purchases for in-person retreats are processed within 72 hours depending on the venue and room arrangements. Instructions for a given retreat will be clearly laid out in the sign up form. If you do not receive confirmation within 72 hours please contact us at Retreat@SimplyAlwaysAwake.com.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times As all of our sales are retreat experiences we do not ship physical products.

Order Tracking Once your order has been processed you will receive a receipt for your purchase.

Order Changes and Cancellations If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at Retreat@SimplyAlwaysAwake.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Vacation Insurance is highly recommended as there are inevitable eventualities that cause people to request refunds well beyond the deadlines at every retreat. We cannot plan for health crises, family emergencies etc, so vacation insurance can be invaluable in such instances.

Our cancellation policy for online retreats is full refund cancellation is honored up until 30 days prior to the start of the retreat. Within 30 days there are no refunds.

Our cancellation policy for in-person retreats that are registered through and managed by Simply Always Awake is a full refund cancellation is honored up until 90 days prior to the start of the retreat. Within 60-89 days prior to the start of the retreat a 50% refund is available on cancellation. Within 30-59 days we may refund 50% of your payment at our discretion and if we can find a suitable replacement or pull someone from the waitlist.

Our cancellation policy for in-person retreats that are registered through and managed by a third party such as Art of Living is deferred to the policy and discretion of that venue.
